Lecia Barker is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Science at the University of Colorado Boulder and a Senior Research Scientist for the National Center for Women & Information Technology. She conducts research on how social climates affect participation of women in computing careers as well as educational technologies used in postsecondary education.
